Friendship
There comes a point in your life when you realize who really matters, who never did, and who always will.

The book I am currently reading is called Not My Daughter it is about friendship, a friendship pact, generation of friendships. When three friends decide that getting pregnant at seventeen would be okay because they would have each other, they would have each others friendship. They think because their mothers are friends and they are friends this will be perfect. But when challenges come up that they didn't accept, they don’t know how well their friendships will last, and who will stay when the times get rough. When Lily and her friends face the town reactions of them being pregnant, we watch how the dynamics of theirs and their mother’s friendships and relationships change. They do not any fathers involved because they don’t want it to ruin their friendship that they currently have, but they don’t realize that the friendship could already be ruined. This is why I choose the quotation, “There comes a point in your life when you realize who really matters, who never did, and who always will.” Though out the book many times they mention how friendships change and how you are never exactly alone when you have friends. “This was her doing alone. Well not exactly alone. Mary Kate, Jess and abbey were in on it to.” (Delinsky, 67)

I think your blog post includes detail and great quotations that support your answers. You should add who the author is that wrote the book " Not My Daughter".
