This book is about a middle aged woman who returns home to her home town to help out with a family wedding. except when she returns home only to find that her little brother has been arrested for committing a murder. so Savannah the hero is the oldest of nine siblings, but  at first, Savannah wonders if her  brother Macon really is responsible for killing  Honorable Judge Patterson. But when she learns that the ornery old geezer had more enemies than her sisters have had husbands, Savannah is convinced that her brother's been framed. And will try to find the real killer.
