  LUCAS

In the book Lucas justice is very clearly portrayed though out the plot. When the antagonist Jamie Tait, tries to hurt the main character Caitlin McCann his actions are rewarded with justice. When Jaime Tait tries attempted rape on Caitlin the love interest Lucas fights Jaime and hurts him brutally until Jaime can no longer move. I believe that this is justice because what Jaime did was wrong. Caitlin never did anything to Jaimie , she was just at the wrong place at the wrong time. But, Jaimie doesn't care and acts harshly towards her and her brother, thinking he will never get caught. Finally towards the end of the story when Jaimie has continued to act without think about his actions catching up with him. rewarding him with justice, he is sent away to prison for everything horrible that he has done, not only to Catlin but to everyone else.  This is a very well thought out book due to justice, one of the main topics though out the book is that everyone will get what they deserve whether it may be bad or good, which is the defention of justice.
